Treven turns 10

We had to take this picture of Halle all dressed up for church.

Oh how time flies and when Treven is 10! As per Treven's words, "this was the best birthday ever!"
Reasons why: Jaron his cousin was in town, he got to be sung to twice on his birthday, he had a great turn out for his friend party at nickelMaina, he got excatly what he wanted since he went shopping with mom and dad, grandma and grandpa Averett found the right legos he had been asking for, Transformers, and then he got a LOT of money for aunts and uncles and grandma and grandpa Strong, Grandma and Grandpa Strong facetimed him, he got to have Dylan over all weekend, and he played with his "couch" that he wanted for six hour straight! WHEW!

It was not just a birthday but a birthday weekend. It started Friday with his 12 of his friends down at NickleMania were it was presents, games, pizza, more games, and fun! He even was nice and let Halle and Emery join in the fun. Then he got to stay home while all of us went down to the high school football game and played with Dylan until late. Saturday he had an awesome soccer game and got 2 goals along with bringing dounuts for his team. After his game is was shopping time with mom and dad. he picked out his blow up couch, a new soccerball, goalie gloves, shin guards, and a really bright yellow shirt! Dylan came over in the afternoon and stayed until midnight! He loved it and along with Carson played with the couch all day long!

Sunday was his birthday and he had the best suprise! Jaron and the rest of the family stayed over after the BYU/UTAH game and came up and had a birthday breakfast with us, then they stayed all day and Jaron and Treven played all Sunday. Treven even got his birthday wish, he got to miss church and just play! Then when the Colton's had to go home we had the Strong side cousins over for cake and ice cream.

What can I say about my 10 year old boy who has brought nothing but excitement in our lives. All Treven has to do is give you one of his smiles along with a hug and you melt and give into this little monster! He has grown so much over the last year it is amazing! Treven has made leaps and bounds in school, is a great friend and as you could tell from his party there is plently of them around!

Treven is one of a kind and I am so blessed that he was sent to our family. He has been my kid that has taught me the most about unconditional love, Treven will love you not matter how many mistakes you make and will love everything about that person good and bad. He has had to put up a lot from me since we spend A LOT of time together with school and nonschool things. Happy Birthday bud, we love you!
