Feb. brought the end of Freshman Basketball for tyler and the start of getting ready for Freshman Baseball tryouts, which he made the team! Treven finished up basketball also and had a little down time until he started Lacrosse, which he is loving. Valentines came upon us fast and the kids had a good day were Tyler and his friends did something very sweet. At school they do candy grams for a $1, so of course Tyler did send one to the girl he likes, cough cough Megan, and then him and his friends each sent a candy gram to a girl they thought wouldn't be getting one from someone. It made me a very proud mother that day to hear that! At the end of Feb we spend the weekend down at Jackie and Trents and had a fun time going to Kenadi's dance competition, playing out in the sports court, and watching Emery spend an hour standing by a fence trying to get this horse to eat a carrot out of her hand. Which it truly took an hour and she finally got the prize. The horse came over! We celebrated Grandpa Kenneths birthday a little early and had him and Grandma and Rachel over for dinner and the traditional cake made by the kids! My birthday was a great day with getting to go out to eat with friends and then having Ryans family over for cake and ice cream. The big celebration was going to be Ryans birthday, the big 40!
